Fitzgerald to fill O'Driscoll's boots

Luke Fitzgerald will step in for Brian O’Driscoll at outside centre for Leinster against Saracens in the Heineken Cup at Wembley tomorrow.

Ireland captain O’Driscoll was not able to convince the medical staff of his fitness to perform and Fitzgerald returns to the position he played to mixed effect with Ireland two seasons back.

Shane Horgan has been named on the right wing and Ireland loose head Cian Healy will start ahead of South African Heinke van der Merwe as the two changes in personnel from the day one win over Racing Metro.

Club captain Leo Cullen is named in a match-day squad for the first time this season.
