Ferris and Best back for Ulster

Stephen Ferris will start for Ulster in Thursday's friendly game against Leeds Carnegie at Ravenhill (7.30pm).

Hooker Rory Best will also start along with full-back Adam D'Arcy, a rugby league player from the Manly Sea Eagles club in Australia who is currently on trial with Ulster.

Centres Darren Cave and Ian Whitten start their third consecutive game while halfbacks Niall O'Connor and Ian Porter retain their places from the Harlequins match last week.

Young wingers Craig Gilroy and Tommy Seymour will be looking to impress coach Brian McLaughlin considering the injuries to wingers Andrew Trimble and Simon Danielli in recent weeks.
