Howlett and Dowling withdraw from Munster team

Doug Howlett and Ian Dowling have failed to take their places in the Munster team to face Biarritz for Sunday's Heineken Cup semi-final.

Wingers Howlett and Dowling were both expected to start the match in San Sebastian, but have had to withdraw because of injury.
