There is a real fear in the Munster camp that Paul O’Connell’s groin injury could rule him out of the Heineken Cup semi-final.

Munster face Biarritz in San Sebastian on Sunday, May 2 and O’Connell’s injury has been so slow to respond to treatment that his availability is the biggest concern in the camp.
