IRFU to hear Hayes appeal against six-week ban

John Hayes' appeal against his six-week suspension is due to be heard by an IRFU committee in Dublin today.

The Munster prop was given the suspension for stamping on Cian Healy during the province's Magners League defeat to Leinster at the start of the month.

If the punishment stands, Hayes won't be available to play again until Ireland's game against Australia on November 15.
