Fitzgerald, Heaslip and Kearney in for Leinster

Luke Fitzgerald, Jamie Heaslip and Rob Kearney will take their place in the Leinster squad for the first time this season ahead of their clash with Edinburgh in Saturday's Magners League clash at Murrayfield (KO: 6.30pm).

The British and Irish Lions are not joined by Brian O'Driscoll, but there is a first appearance for Ireland U20 blindside Dominc Ryan.

Meanwhile, Leinster's Magners League Interprovincial derby with Munster on Saturday, October 3 has now sold out.

More than 17,000 tickets have been sold for the Heineken Cup opener against London Irish in the RDS on Friday, October 9 (KO: 8pm).
