Quins apologise over 'fake blood' incident
Harlequins Chief Executive Mark Evans has revealed that the club has written a letter to Leinster to "apologise unreservedly" for the ´fake blood´ incident that has cost Dean Richards his job, Tom Williams 12 months of his career and the club £215,000 (€250,000) in fines.
"We have been found guilty of behaviour that cannot be accepted or condoned. For that we apologise to you unconditionally," wrote Evans, in an open letter to the club´s supporters.
