Ulster trio set to return

Full-back Bryn Cunningham (fractured cheekbone), lock Ed O'Donoghue (shoulder) and Ireland U-20 2007 Grand Slam captain David Pollock (hip) are all on the road to recovery from injury.

Medical student Pollock has been earmarked as a potential future captain of the Irish senior team.

The talented back rower had successful surgery to his right hip on May 20, repairing a torn labrum at the joint and removing an osteophyte from the femoral head.

He will be reviewed by his surgeon on Thursday this week.
