After a Grand Slam and Heineken Cup-winning season, Rob Kearney has launched an online diary to chapter his involvement with the British and Irish Lions in South Africa.
Launched in association with Provon Revive, a top sports nutrition brand, Rob will be keeping fans up to date with the goings on in South Africa with his five-week diary.
'The Diary of a Lion’ is a blow-by-blow account of Rob’s thoughts on all things rugby and sports related from what is happening inside the training camp to his thoughts on the GAA championship, as well as sharing some his interesting experiences as a visitor to South Africa.
Rugby enthusiasts can log on to get Rob Kearney's viewpoint on the upcoming fixtures, kicking off with the first game against Highfield Lions XV in Rustenburg on Saturday, May 30.
At the launch of the diary Rob Kearney said: “The diary will be nice opportunity to share some behind the scenes experiences and connect with sports fans while I am in South Africa.”
The site will be updated regularly from the team base by the Co Louth man, who has been explaining how he found out he was in the squad.
