Kidney prepared for bruising encounter

Ireland coach Declan Kidney is expecting his new-look side to face a tough physical contest against Canada in Vancouver tonight.

Kidney is set to have six debutants starting the match with a further five in line to make their international bows off the replacements bench, with a number of higher-profile names either preparing for the Lions tour or this evening’s Heineken Cup final.
