Leinster coach Michael Cheika has opted to retain Isa Nacewa ahead of Robert Kearney at full-back in the team to play the Leicester Tigers in Saturday's Heineken Cup final at Murrayfield (KO: 5pm).

The only change from the semi-final comes at out-half where Jonathan Sexton takes over from the injured Felipe Contepomi outside scrum-half Chris Whitaker, playing his final game for the province at half-back.

In the pack Rocky Elsom starts in the back-row alongside Ireland duo Shane Jennings and Jamie Heaslip, with Leo Cullen leading the side for what is the province's first appearance in the final.

British & Irish Lion Kearney is named on a strong replacements bench alongside the likes of Girvan Dempsey, Devin Toner and Sean O'Brien.
