British and Irish Lions head coach Ian McGeechan will delay naming replacements for Jerry Flannery and Leigh Halfpenny until tomorrow.

Flannery, the Ireland hooker, suffered an elbow injury in training yesterday that requires surgery and has ruled him out of the tour to South Africa.
