Leinster second row Malcolm O’Kelly has not been sanctioned for an incident in the Magners League game against Ospreys on March 6.

O’Kelly was citied under law 10.4 (b) for an alleged stamp to the head of Ospreys player David Bishop in the 68th minute of the game.

An Irish Rugby Football Union disciplinary hearing, which took place in Ravenhill, Belfast today, ruled that on the balance of probability of the presented evidence that no sanction should be imposed on O’Kelly.

The hearing and was heard under a disciplinary committee chaired by Hugh Logan who was assisted by Neil Jackson and Stephen Hilditch.
