Munster second in pool after defeat in France
Munster are second in Pool 1 of the Heineken Cup today after losing 25-19 to Clermont Auvergne in France yesterday.
The defending champions did manage to claim a losing bonus point for the second season in a row and only trail Sale Sharks by a single point with two home games to come.
Leinster, meanwhile, are awaiting news on the injury front following their win over Castres in Dublin on Saturday.
Michael Cheika's side are top of Pool 2, six points clear of Wasps, as they prepare to face the same side in France this Friday.
Shane Jennings, Felipe Contepomi and Ica Nacewa and are all facing assessment today to see if they will be fit for the game.
