Ireland have been drawn alongside Australia and Italy in the group stage draw for the Rugby World Cup in 2011, following this afternoon’s draw in London.

Ireland have been drawn alongside Australia and Italy in the group stage draw for the Rugby World Cup in 2011, following this afternoon’s draw in London.

The other two places in the group are yet to be decided - qualifying teams from Europe and the Americas will take those spots.

England and Scotland have been drawn with Argentina in Pool B, while Wales will face current holders South Africa and Fiji.

New Zealand and France are in Pool A, along with Tonga.
