Wales boss Warren Gatland has made two changes to his team for Saturday’s autumn Test finale against Australia.

Scarlets wing Mark Jones replaces Cardiff Blues’ teenage sensation Leigh Halfpenny, with lock Ian Gough taking over from his injured Ospreys colleague Ian Evans.
