Ulster Coach Matt Williams has placed an emphasis on youth as he brings David Pollock, Thomas Anderson, Darren Cave, Ian Whitten and Cillian Willis into a 25-man squad to play Edinburgh in the Magner's League at Ravenhill on Friday night.

The importance of this game has not been lost on Ulster Rugby Captain Rory Best who has returned from injury and is named in the squad:
