Gordon D'Arcy has undergone further surgery on the arm he broke during Ireland's Six Nations clash with Italy earlier this year.

The Leinster centre broke his arm in seven places and had a six-inch titanium plate inserted.

However, one of the breaks has failed to heal properly, forcing him to undergo further surgery.

The Lions centre is expected to resume contact training in around a month's time.
