Mahony inspirational for Terenure

Mark Mahony grabbed a hat-trick of tries to inspire Terenure College to a 31-20 triumph over St Mary's College today.

The lively scrum half touched down twice in the opening 10 minutes at Templeville Road.

David McAllister booted a penalty and a drop goal before Mahony rounded off a fantastic move for a 37th-minute try.

Trailing 23-6 at half-time, Mary's got back in touch thanks to tries from Daragh Fanning and Matthew D'Arcy. A Cathal Morley try confirmed 'Nure's first win in 10 league games.
