Eight changes for Lievremont
France coach Marc Lievremont has made eight changes to his 22-man squad to take on Italy in their penultimate RBS 6 Nations clash on March 9.
Centre Yannick Jauzion has been recalled after recovering from recent injury problems.
Julien Malzieu is also back to full fitness while Imanol Harinordoquy has earned a recall.
Lievremont has also called up five uncapped players – Fabien Barcella, Guilhem Guirado, Ibrahim Diarra, Julien Tomas and Yann David – as Les Blues bid to get their championship hopes back on track.
France are looking to make it a hat-trick of Six Nations titles but a 24-13 defeat to England – their first in the tournament for eight years – has blown the championship race wide open.
