O'Connell held in reserve

Paul O'Connell has been held in reserve as one of seven replacement on the Munster side to play Edinburgh at Murrayfield in the Magner's League on Friday night.

Anthony Foley will hold the captaincy as Doug Howlett, Rua Tipoki and Lifeimi continue their exciting combination in the three-quarter line.

Ireland internationals Mick O'Driscoll, Tony Buckley and Peter Stringer have been released to sharped their games in advance of Ireland's Six Nations set-to with Scotland on Saturday week.
