Ryan Caldwell has become the latest player to agree a new contract with Ulster.

The second row, who was named last week in the IRFU's High Performance Select Group, has signed a two-year deal.

He joins Rory Best and Niall O'Connor in committing to the club for the coming years as Matt Williams builds his squad for next year.

Caldwell made his Ulster debut against Treviso in the Heineken Cup in October 2005 and has become a regular member of the Ulster pack this season.
