O'Connell to line out for Young Munster

The postponement of tonight's Magners League game between Ulster and Munster means Paul O'Connell will make his comeback from a back injury in the colours of Young Munster.

A spokesman for the Limerick club confirmed that O'Connell, who has been sidelined since the World Cup, will play 40 minutes for Young Munster tomorrow in their re-arranged AIB League Division Two game against Buccaneers at Tom Clifford Park.

"I cannot say which half Paul will play but he will no doubt be given a great welcome as he makes his eagerly-awaited return to action for the first time since the World Cup," said Young Munster PRO Nay Cantillon.

O'Connell will be watched closely by Munster representatives as the province switch their focus to next weekend's crucial Heineken Cup trip to Clermont Auvergne.
