Leinster name team to take on Toulouse
The Leinster team to face Toulouse in Sunday's Heineken Cup Pool 6 clash in the Stade Ernest Wallon (kick off: 8pm, Irish time) has been named today.
Shane Horgan will become Leinster's joint top cap holder when he makes his 61st appearance after being named on the right wing in an unchanged team for Sunday's encounter in the south of France.
Horgan scored his 23rd Heineken Cup try in the 22-9 victory over Leicester Tigers last weekend.
In all there are no changes to the panel which means that Rob Kearney will make his 50th appearance for the province on the left wing, after making his senior debut in September 2005.
The in-form Girvan Dempsey continues at full back with skipper Brian O'Driscoll again partnering Gordon D'Arcy at centre.
In the pack, the front-row combination of Ollie le Roux, Bernard Jackman and Stan Wright continue after impressing last week, with Stephen Knoop still unavailable for selection after failing to shrug off an injury despite making every effort to prove his fitness in training this week.
Kearney could be joined by hooker Brian Blaney in reaching the half-century milestone should he come off a replacements panel which includes the likes of Kevin McLaughlin, Christian Warner and Luke Fitzgerald.
Leinster are expected to be boosted by a sizeable traveling support with well more than 1,000 supporters expected in the sell-out crowd on Sunday.
The game will be broadcast live on Sky Sports 2, and RTÉ Radio 1 MW, with deferred coverage on RTÉ 2 (11.30pm).
