Former Ireland international and Connacht out-half Eric Elwood has been conferred with an Honorary Degree of M.A. at the National University of Ireland, Galway, for his contribution to rugby.

Former Ireland international and Connacht out-half Eric Elwood has been conferred with an Honorary Degree of M.A. at the National University of Ireland, Galway, for his contribution to rugby.

Elwood, now assistant coach to Michael Bradley at Connacht, was awarded the degree in honour of his contribution to the sport.
