Millar calls for Pumas to join Tri-Nations

World Cup surprise package Argentina should be included in an expanded southern hemisphere Tri-Nations tournament, International Rugby Board (IRB) chairman Dr Syd Millar said today.

The Pumas have risen to rugby’s top table over the past few years, and yesterday made it into the World Cup semi-finals for the first time in their history with a 19-13 win over Scotland in Paris.
