Ulster sign Matt Miles

Ulster Rugby have signed former Wales Under-21 hooker Matt Miles from English Division One club Pertemps Bees as cover for World Cup bound Rory Best given that original back-up Neil Hanna injured his cruciate ligament.

Miles, who signed a one-year contract, admitted: "I am really happy with the move. Obviously I have been playing in National One for three seasons but I have been looking for a bigger club and having watched Ulster in the Magners League and Heineken Cup, I am delighted to be joining the squad.
