Ashton heralds more 'rounded' Wilkinson

England coach Brian Ashton believes 2003 World Cup hero Jonny Wilkinson is a better player now than he was the day he landed the crucial drop goal which sank Australia in the final four years ago.

Wilkinson, plagued by a cruel succession of injuries since securing England’s triumph, only returned to the international arena in this year’s RBS 6 Nations clash with Scotland.
