Newport Gwent Dragons have suffered a major setback in their quest to cause an unlikely European Challenge Cup semi-final upset against French giants Clermont Auvergne tomorrow.

The Welsh region will be without back-row talisman Colin Charvis after he suffered an elbow injury during last week's narrow Magners League loss to Leinster.
