Connacht kicker McHugh in Montpellier move

Connacht kicker Mark McHugh will move to Montpellier on a two-year deal in the summer.

The 28-year-old is looking forward to sampling life in France: "I have had six great seasons with Connacht but it is now time to move on and I am very much looking forward to playing in France," he said.

McHugh is hoping to become the seventh Connacht player to make a century of appearances for the province in the away ties to Newport-Gwent Dragons or Llanelli.

"It would be a great way to sign off," said McHugh, who crowned his only Irish cap against Tonga almost four years ago with a try.
