Munster to star in opening quarter-final

Reigning champions Munster will be in action in the first quarter-final in the 2006/2007 Heineken Cup when they travel to Stradey Park to face Llanelli Scarlets on Friday, March 30 (kick-off 7.30pm).

Leinster will be next up in their visit to 2004 champions London Wasps at 5.45pm on the Saturday.

Both provinces will know their fates before the other two semi-finals take place on the Sunday.

The semi-finals will be played on the weekend of April 21 and 22, with the London final being staged at Twickenham Stadium on Sunday, May 20 (kick-off 2.30pm). More than 48,000 tickets have already been sold for the 12th Heineken Cup final.
