Munster draw Llanelli, Leinster face Wasps

Munster and Leinster have been lucky in their choices of opponents for the Heineken Cup quarter-finals to be played on the weekend of March 30 and 31 and April 1.

Champions Munster will travel to Simon Easterby's Llanelli Scarlets and Leinster will go to Lawrence Dallaglio's London Wasps.

That means both have avoided the more intimidating prospect of an away trip to either Olympique Biarritz or Leicester Tigers.

Llanelli Scarlets (2) v Munster (7)

London Wasps (3) v Leinster (6)

Leicester Tigers (4) v Stade Francais Paris (5)

The dates, kick-off times and venues will be confirmed shortly.

The Heineken Cup final will be played at Twickenham Stadium on Sunday, May 20.
