Ulster's Matt McCullough will appear before an independent disciplinary committee in Dublin on Wednesday, January 24 to answer two allegations of racist and abusive comments made against London Irish player Delon Armitage.

The independent Disciplinary Committee will be chaired by Professor Lorne Crerar (Scotland) and also comprise Paul Mauriac (France) and Aurwell Morgan (Wales).

The complaints concern the alleged use of racist language to the London Irish player Delon Armitage during and after the Heineken Cup Pool 5 matches between the teams at the Madejski Stadium on Saturday, December 9, 2006, and at Ravenhill on Friday, December 15, 2006.
