Nitoglia blow for Azzurri

Italy winger Ludovico Nitoglia has been ruled out of the 2007 RBS 6 Nations Championship after it was revealed he requires a second operation on his injured right shoulder.

Nitoglia went under the knife last summer but it seems the problem has not been resolved.

Azzurri team bosses are now hoping further surgery will allow him to recover in time for the World Cup which gets underway in September.
