Eddie O'Sullivan has called ten additional players into the Ireland Squad for Sunday's match against The Pacific Islands.

Eddie O'Sullivan has called ten additional players into the Ireland Squad for Sunday's match against The Pacific Islands.

Ulster's Simon Best and Leinster's Ronnie McCormack have been included to cover for Marcus Horan, who has been sidelined by a torn calf injury.

The most exciting inclusions are Leinster's Jamie Heaslip and Luke Fitzgerald, Munster's Barry Murphy and Ulster's Stephen Ferris.

Additions to Ireland squad:

Backs: Luke Fitzgerald, Eoin Reddan, Barry Murphy, Jeremy Staunton;

Forwards: Matt McCullough, Jamie Heaslip, Simon Best, Stephen Ferris, Ronan McCormack, Keith Gleeson.
