Wales head coach Gareth Jenkins rang the changes for Saturday's clash with the Pacific Islands.

Jenkins made 14 changes from the team that began last weekend's 29-29 draw with Australia, naming prop Duncan Jones as captain and James Hook the starting inside centre.
