James Hook has been named at inside centre in a Wales side featuring 14 changes for Saturday’s clash with the Pacific Islands at the Millennium Stadium.
Hook came off the bench to make a starring home debut at fly-half in Wales’ 29-29 draw with Australia last weekend.
