Bowe and Steinmetz fit for Ulster

Tommy Bowe and Paul Steinmetz have proved their fitness for Ulster's Heineken Cup tie with Toulouse at Ravenhill on Sunday.

Bryan Young has held off the claims of former Simon Best for the tight-head position and Stephen Ferris will join Neil Best and Roger Wilson in an aggressive, mobile back row.

Former Ireland international Trevor Brennan will start at openside for the French club, who have been denied the services of many internationals due to an extended injury list.
