Yapp leg injury persists

Connacht coach Michael Bradley's worries over the fitness of Darren Yapp were confirmed when Keith Matthews was confirmed in place of Yapp for tomorrow evening's Magners League match-up with The Ospreys at the Sportsground (6.30pm).

Yapp has been ruled out with a leg injury and Matthews will step into the breach on the left wing.

Connacht will look to out-half Mark McHugh and outside centre Paul Warwick to maintain their excellent start to the season.

The Ospreys will pose a far greater threat than The Borders and the forward unit, led by Andrew Farley, Colm Rigney and Adrian Flavin, will have to assert its authority.
