Div 2 final postponed due to player eligibility query
The IRFU has decided to postpone the AIG League Division Two final between Terenure College and Dolphin until a later date, subject to the result of an objection made by Young Munster about the elgibility of a Dolphin player during their semi-final last Saturday.
The IRFU will have to investigate the situation concerning Ireland U19 Andrew O'Driscoll. The union did not want to rush through a decision and both clubs will be given leave to make their cases.
Subsequently, the AIB League Division Three final between Clonakilty RFC and Suttonians RFC, which was moved to Anglesea Road due to the condition of the Lansdowne Road pitch, will now take place in Lansdowne Road at 2pm in place of the Division Two final.
All ticket holders for the AIB League Division Three final will be able to gain entry to Lansdowne Road.
