Late Lawlor try seals UL Bohs win

Out-half Fergal Lawlor scored a late, late try to see UL Bohemians snatch their seventh straight League win at Dubarry Park.

Buccaneers winger Mark Bruce’s try, four minutes into injury-time, looked like giving the home side the spoils, but Lawlor had the final say for Bohs who finished a hugely credible fifth in the table.

Having been 13-3 down at the break, Bohs got back level and a try from Ben Martin had them 18-13 in front by the 56th-minute. Buccs struck back with a Tom Cregan penalty, yet Martin McPhail had time to put Lawlor over for the winner.
