London Irish director of rugby Brian Smith will attend an RFU disciplinary hearing on Tuesday to answer accusations of the verbal abuse of match officials.

Smith has been charged under regulation 5.12 of the RFU's code of conduct for the abuse of referee Nick Williams and touch judge James Minards during a Premiership 'A' match between The Exiles and Gloucester at the end of March.
