Larkin in for Humphreys

Adam Larkin comes in for the injured David Humphreys in an Ulster side that will have four changes in the Heineken Cup game at Treviso's Stadio Communale di Monigo on Saturday.

Prop Justin Fitzpatrick, hooker Nigel Brady, and wing Andrew Maxwell complete the quartet of newcomers.

Second-row Justin Harrison will take over the captaincy in place of Simon Best, who is rested ahead of Ireland's Six Nations campaign.
