Wales and Ospreys centre Sonny Parker has announced his retirement from international rugby, delivering another blow to head coach Mike Ruddock.

Wales and Ospreys centre Sonny Parker has announced his retirement from international rugby, delivering another blow to head coach Mike Ruddock.

Ruddock was set to name Parker in his RBS Six Nations squad to be named tomorrow to start the defence of Wales’ Grand Slam Championship title against England at Twickenham on February 4.
