Lucozade extend Munster sponsorship

Lucozade Sport has taken the positive step of extending sponsorship of Munster Rugby until 2008.

Lucozade Sport's Stephen Cooke said: "As the only healthcare company in the Sports Drink market, we are fully committed not alone to providing sportsmen and sportswomen with the best products possible, but also to ensuring that those involved in sport have the best possible nutritional information available to them.

"This is why we teamed up with the NCTC in Limerick and also why we also set up the Lucozade Sport Science Academy," he said.

Munster CEO Garret Fitzgerald responded: "We are delighted to be able to continue our agreement with Lucozade Sport for another three years. They have been outstanding supporters of Munster Rugby over the years, and we look forward to their continued support and input over the coming seasons".
