Montgomery card rescinded
South African full back Percy Montgomery has had the first of his two yellow cards, which led to his sending-off against Wales at The Millennium Stadium, rescinded.
The Springbok challenged the legitmacy of the decision at a hearing in central London on last night.
The International Rugby Board's Judicial Officer, Judge Jeff Blackett, decided that the first yellow card was a tackle within the rules of the game.
He dismissed the yellow and rescinded the red card.
