Shannon appoint assistant coach
Shannon have appointed former player Ian Sherwin as assistant coach to Mick Galwey for the upcoming season.
Sherwin, a scrum-half in his playing days, was part of three AIL Championship sides and he moves from a one year stint as head coach of UCC.
