New Zealand's Dan Carter is doubtful for his country's Test match against Ireland this November after breaking his leg on Saturday.

New Zealand's Dan Carter is doubtful for his country's Test match against Ireland this November after breaking his leg on Saturday.

The 23-year-old picked up the injury in the All Blacks' Tri-Nations win over Australia.

He has been ruled out of action for at least six weeks and possibly twice that long, meaning he could miss the Ireland test at Lansdowne Road on November 12.
