Mustchin leaves Ulster for Edinburgh
Ulster's Kiwi second row Matt Mustchin has signed for Edinburgh Rugby on a two-year contract.
The 28-year-old Mustchin came to Ulster two seasons ago and is European qualified and a former New Zealand under-19 back-row forward.
"This year has not been so settled. There was a new coaching team in place and I was having problems with injuries and I never got to play as often," said Mustchin.
"But I still feel my game has developed and I am a better player for having been in Belfast.
"The Ulster supporters are unbelievable and they gave me huge support which I really want to thank them for. I cannot wait to come back to Ravenhill and enjoy that atmosphere once again, even if it is with Edinburgh."
Mustchin has played 29 times for Ulster during his spell. The Christchurch-born forward missed a number of games last year after fracturing his wrist in a Celtic League clash against the Warriors.
