Moody blues for Ireland

England flanker Lewis Moody passed a fitness test today on his septic finger, an injury which required hospital treatment and meant he did not join up with the squad until last night.

Gloucester’s Andy Hazell is on standby to take over from Moody, with Sale Sharks forward Chris Jones joining the replacements, but Moody’s presence and his experience will be vital to English victory hopes.
